100%  Live Arrival Guarantee
Midwest Saltwater guarantees live arrival no matter what. We will never sell an item that is not 100% guaranteed to arrival alive and healthy to your door. If FedEx loses the box or it gets delayed for any reason, we will replace your item or give you store credit. We would never feel right making you pay for something you did not get. However, you are responsible for additional shipping costs if FedEx does not cover them.

 

Dead On Arrival
In the case of an item that arrives dead:
You must:

·         Have received and signed for the shipment on the first delivery attempt.
·         Notify Midwest Saltwater of any DOA via email within 2 hours of the actual arrival of the box
·         Email pictures of DOA item within 24hrs of arrival.

If these three stipulations are not met you the arrive alive guarantee is voided.  

If you have met these stipulations you will receive a replacement item if available or store credit. We will not issue credit for shipping and handling costs.  
  Credit from livestock can only be used on new livestock. We will not replace replacements or livestock bought by store credit.

WYSIWYG

All of the corals at Midwest Saltwater are sold in a WYSIWYG format.  The exact coral you order is the exact coral you get.  None of our corals are misrepresented in any way.  Other than croping, the photos are not altered in any way.  All corals are shot under T5 lighting or a 20k 250 watt metal halide.  Any questions feel free to email sales@midwestsaltwater.com
